Who Is Jesus Christ In The Bible Verses?

Jesus Christ in the Bible

This explanation shows who is Jesus Christ in the bible, is he a God or a Man? Like this question should be focus thoroughly because many people mislead for this doctrine. But the bible verses will answer this strange question that we are going to talk on this page. So, we should concentrate each topic we are going to discuss.

Son Of God

Jesus Christ at the beginning was called the Word (John 1: 1), and become flesh in verse 14, and has a glory as a son of God. And here is the advantage; those who believe that he is Son of God will be saved (John 20:31).

Messiah (which translated means, Christ)

John 1:41 He first found his own brother Simon and said to him “We have found the Messiah” (which means Christ)

Jesus calls himself a Man

“Jesus said to them, “If you were Abraham’s children, you would do the works of Abraham. But now you seek to kill Me, a Man who has told you the truth which I heard from God.” John 8:39-40.

He is a Great God!

Titus 2:13 says that as Christians we are “looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus.”

When Thomas see and touch Jesus Christ wound after he rose from the dead, he cried out and said to Jesus, “My Lord and my God!” (John 20:28)

He is a True God!

1 John 5:20

20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.

And his biggest talk…

John 10:30

30 "I and the Father are one.”

I hope it will clear your mind about Jesus. God bless!
